Well al the christmas days are over… and now really nice news! Monday we going to try to stop smoking!, so i bought for this weekend 4 packs of sigarettes, so we can smoke al lot, for the last time. Cross your fingers for me!

Presents

It is the second Christmas day, and I eat to much this weekend,
so in the new year I start with loosing weight… But this long weekend was
perfect to take the crochet needles underneath the dust ( no that’s a joke) I
found some cute patterns, special newborn booties! So I went  crocheting…
the first one was finish’t ( see the picture ) and when the second was finish’t
he was smaller! That was a little bit frustrating… But the first bootie looks
very cute! 

At Christmas we give presents! So I was spoiled this year again! Lots of cd’s (
from Metallica) yes I love the music of them, especially when the make there
music with orchestra, I get a ticket for the lottery ( so I can win 20 million
euro) And more presents I get. Also from a client, I work there 2 days a week,
lovely and nice people, He gave me and my colleague a very nice flower, to say
thank you for al the good work you did last year! Isn’t that sweet! I make a
picture of it, because the flower has to grow.

We call it a ammerilis but the english word is not familiar with me

And then our cat… she is very tired of all the Christmas days,
and she want to warm herself , look for yourselves:

 

Nails and knitting

I was looking on ‘you tube’ and found this video… I found it funny, because how do you do it with such long nails! Watch and found out!

I got him! Oh I am so happy!!!!!!

My boyfriend ordered this on ebay, in secret, and yesterday it came by post
mail. Boyfriend now that I want it desperately, so he give it to me strait away!
Sweet? yes! I love amigurumi and this book is full of it, sweet monkeys, horses,
bears an kittens…. So now my fingers hurt very badly… al that crochet is not
good for my hands. I made a little bear, do you see the 2 kittens? black and
white? now I am very busy with a kitten. If you want to have a look inside the

Christmas scarf

Well you can see, I am very busy with a scarf for my boyfriend, he is very selective for all things ( clothing, shoes etc ) So he went with me to search for a nice yarn color, and we found it!

In the close up you can see that it is beautiful yarn, 15% wool, 85% acryl, so it is not itchy! And knitting goes very fast! with needle 10 ( 10 mm) it is a dutch size. I am very busy with it now, my boyfriend get its with Christmas, and he seems very happy with the result ( and it is not finish’t  yet!)

In about 2,5 weeks its Christmas! I love Christmas, with al the lights, candles and presents. We set the tree, but with 2 cats at home we choose for plastic balls and a plastic tree… And he looks very nice! And I buy some nice things to be creative, a big goblet and Christmas lights and this is the result:
                                                                                        

Yes I am a little bit proud, it looks very homy!

New knitting book

Today I went to a very big store that sells very much yarn and fabric, and I went crazy! So much choice! My boyfriend went with me, and he was a little bit jealous of my scarf… so I told him to search for a nice yarn for a scarf for himself. I will knit it for him, so that’s a nice Christmas present!

I also buy this magazine! it’s from Phildar, it’s for knitting and crochet an full of inspiration… I will be busy!

We booked this weekend a holiday home in Belgium… very lux, to celebrate that we are together again! We split up for 3 weeks, but we realized
that we couldn’t be apart… so now we are back together, and very happy! Love is in the air again!

Choice

Scarf!

My scarf is finisht! He is very fluffy, and colorfull… but the most inportant he keeps me warm. The scarf is a little to short, so I went back to the store, but al the yarn was sold!

But now I have to start with a new project… mobile phone bags! I want to knit them and sell them on my site. I will take a picture off them when they are finisht!

Scarf

Busy Busy Busy…. With a scarf! I found beautiful yarn in the shop in our
village. The yarn shop is closing there doors in December….. thats very sad,
because where do I found yarn now? there are not many store’s who sell yarn. So
I am afraid I have to buy it on the internet.

But first my scarf! I have taken some pictures of it.. ( yes I am a little bit proud!) So look for your selves!

This is the yarn! it has a little bit the feeling of fleece, and not so easy to knit!
The first time I tried it was very messy (???) Nothing else but knots! But with a little bit patience…..
The color fits me well! And I like the colors, that’s very important! I am knitting on a very big needle size 9 in Holland, yes that’s very
big! and very fast! Pictures of the whole scarf are coming as soon as he
finish’s
